Whereas, this organization is philosophically the same as the NFB of the United States, and

Whereas members of this organization have a desire to become members at large of the National Federation of the Blind (NFB) of the U.S. understanding that members at large of our organization have all the privileges and responsibilities of membership in the NFB.

Be it therefore resolved that this organization begin the practice of making one dollar U.S. of its (of each member’s) membership dues payable to the NFB in the United States.
