While the weather is still nice, we’ve decided to have a BBQ and
potluck! This gathering will give blind people an opportunity to
support each other, network and begin discussing issues such as
improving self-esteem, and give a venue to practice independence and
mobility skills.

I am extending this invitation out to all interested blind people,
including Nanaimo and areas beyond. My request is to please email or
call me if you are able to attend so that I can have a rough idea of a
head count.

I will be providing coffee, tea, juice and chicken for BBQ. Please
feel free to bring your favourite potluck dish or snack item.
