The 2022 Canadian Federation of the Blind Convention will showcase successes from the last year; connect Blind Canadians with information and tools; and take on new challenges to forward the equal participation of Blind Canadians. These annual events are a time for celebration, revitalization and networking. We know Blind Canadians are ready to come together, and this year’s convention promises to deliver one of our best experiences ever!

In person canceled again this year
During the weekend of February 18th to 20th, the convention planning committee conducted a pole of members to see how many were planning to attend the in person segment of the convention. The pole indicated that there were not enough people planning to attend in person to justify the expense of operating the in person convention this year. Therefore, though it saddens us to have to make this decision, we decided to move back to all virtual and hope that the pandemic situation allows us to meet in person next year. We are proud of our last year’s virtual convention, and we hope that we can count on your support again this year.
Registration
Registration is now open! Please register for our 2022 convention. The convention will be open to all regardless of whether you register or not via our zoom and facebook live channels; However, registering has benefits.
